They were really cheap so i jumped on them.
I was pretty sure the would not just bolt up, but was hopeing there was an easy way.
Like bolt up a 97 Y pipe, nope they were made for 2 cats.
So any suggestions?
I do have a very good Snapon welder ($1500) and kinda know how to use it.
The first plan for the car was to Twin Turbo, but if they can work easily ill pass on that idea.

could you not buy a duel catted ypipe from edlebrock or some other manufacturer that would bolt up to those headers?

i think it would be cheaper for you just to purchase a set made for 93's. on 93's the emissions hook ups on the headers are in the back on the passenger side. you would also need to get a special y-pipe for that. if you are doing a turbo you could use, i think you should sell those and get the right ones. Those will make fitting things kind of tricky, 93's have a bunch of stuff in different places.

Just get the right headers. The 96/97 dual-cat headers will melt everything in your engine compartment. Then there's that ugly triangular flange for the driver's side cat mount. A well-designed single-cat header, with a complementary (usually included with the headers) Y-pipe will probably flow much better than those things, with a cobbled up Y-pipe.
