Kicker Solobaric + ZX750.1 amp

I'm looking to sell my kicker solobaric + amp since i need the money. This amp and sub were made for each other.
12" Kicker Solobaric 04 edition. 1500W peak, 750W rms (dual 4 ohm, wires to 2 ohm)

ZX750.1 amp -- 750W rms @ 2 ohm, rated 851 peak (factory sent a slip saying what it was rated).

Comes with sub, amp, and remote amp switch.
