a/c problems

its a 95 camaro. The a/c pump wont turn on. the plug is in the fuses are good and so is the relay are there any things am i missing. another connector or something??

Could be the pressure sensor keeping it off if there's not enough refrigerant in the system. See what the static pressure reads on a gauge.
