Ok, so I finally got my blown 396 up 'n running today. Got the rings seated; but my base tune I'm afraid has too much timing for my blower setup.

Here's the deal: I live in Ellensburg WA, but I'll be traveling to southern Oregon this week. I would like a dyno tune done on my trip down. There are zero tuner's locally that have ever touched an LT1; therefore I'd like a recommendation for someone in the Portland area (I'm assuming that's my best bet). Anyone have someone in mind? My base tune should be pretty close, FWIW I honostly think the timing is the only issue.
