at od that fits pontiac 400 engines?

i have a 70 bird with a pontiac 400 engine...i want to run a OD tranny...tired of the high revs @ freeway speeds...presently have a 400 with 3:08's...where can i find a OD tranny that will fit? thanks for any info you have...

you could always go to a TH400 with an OD, although that would be hella-expensive.

I think this just came up like yesterday......... 200-4r all the way, it's a BOP tranny after all.....get one thats built right, and it will last.

Edit: Yeah I already replied in the other thread down below entitled 70 TA 6 spd whatever...........And someone gave you more info on the swap. I was considering this exact same tranny.........If I had the $........
