181,000mi, what to replace?

Hey guys, my 1994 TransAm has 181,000 miles on it and I'm in the process of replacing stuff. It's been all stock up to this point. I want to know what are some parts that are known for deteriorating in this car specifically and just generally for any car with this many miles. It's been maintained by the book since day one and runs great, I'm just worried about some silent killer that I won't know about until I see smoke and/or fluid. The big ticket items that have been replaced so far are:

Opti, wires, plugs, O2 sensors - 150,000mi
Rear end, transmission, brakes - 181,000mi

I just contacted Sam Strano and suspension is the next project along with exhaust and wheels.

I wouldn't replace anything, just have some money set aside just in case something does go.

Yeah, you're really on borrowed time with that motor. Might hold on for a few more thousand or maybe 100k... who knows? All depends on how you drive it, and how it was driven.

Just save up for a major rebuild, and then go all out. Go big or go home.

Second that save the money for an engine re-build. But if you must spend, invest in suspension so when do you go BIG on horsepower, your car will be set up to handle it. The point is not to do dinky mods here and there if you have 181K on the engine...during the rebuild, the engine's already out so add headers, new valvetrain, cam, etc.
