Well, i got my blower on and took it out for a quick run. I saw 10-11psi @ about 6K rpms.. i was told this pulley was a 8psi pulley for a stock lt1..

That pulley did make 8 psi at 5700 rpm on the stock motor that it was on. I'm 100% positive with that. What type of air inlet do you have on there? With revving it to 6000, and with no filter on it (maybe?), I could see it making 10 psi easily.

Thanks for the reply man. Didn't mean to imply you were wrong, just looking for ideas what i'm doing to run this much boost so i can stop it .. if it keeps happening the motor is going to blow alot sooner then i want.

Yeah, I know. I know it's probably extremely cold up there where you're at (it is here!), so once it gets warmer this spring, that boost level will come down a bit. It's not uncommon to see a pound or 2 more boost in weather conditions like this, because of the colder, dense air.

same blower and pulley you have... I only make 7 pounds of boost 7k ft elevation, perhaps that is the difference
