(94 z28)Well i have 275/40/17's on the tires now...just wondering if i could go with a smaller tire up front for now im a little broke and have a extra set of 245-40-17 layin around..would the rims fit on those tires ok?...lemme knwo thanks guys

 

Most tire manufacturers will accept wheel widths ranging from 8.0" - 9.5" for their 245/40-17 tires. It will be about 1" smaller in diameter than the stock tire, so its going to look a bit scrawny.
