F1 blower GuysFastbird93 07-17-2006, 06:26 PM Haven't even got the motor built yet, and am thinking of moving up one blower. Curious as to how much you paid for your self contained F1 blowers from ATI. I have a brand new D-1SC sitting here that's never even had oil in it and I'm thinking of ditching it for an F1 if I can come out close to even. rskrause 07-17-2006, 07:56 PM Can't say, I didn't pay "retail". I was going to trade it brand new in box for a YSi-trim, but Vortech was going to give me pennies on the dollar, so I used as a "break in" S/C until I get the YSi-trim maybe put the T-trim on the Silverado and scare the family in both the truck and Camaro :D Fastbird93 07-17-2006, 08:58 PM Everything I've heard says the F1 will bolt right up to the D1 bracketry, you only have to clearance the block a tad. Rich markinkc69z 07-18-2006, 02:16 PM The volute is identical outside to the P1SC or D1SC. The transmission is a bit thicker, a touch under .400. This will move the inlet rearward by that ammount.
