Question t56 is realy messed up after broken driveshaft

Ok have a stock t56 in my iroc-z and yesterday floor it in 3rd and go to shift into 4th and boom the driveshaft twist and today I put a new shaft on it and the tranny is realy messed up. The clutch is a brand new mcloed twin disk 600 miles. Now the car wines realy loud just when the engine is turning over to start and goes away as soon as the engine starts? Every gear feels sticky now like it just dosn't want to go into gears very smoothly. The main problem is I have to hold it in 4th gear and if I decelerate and lug the motor down at all in 4th it just grinds out of 4th every time even if I try to hold it in. At higher revs and acelerating it seems ok in 4th. Also I'am getting vibrations from the shifter. I plan on puling the t56 and have it looked at. The car does make about 650 hp with 7psi twin turbos. I think I will go with t56rebuilds.com for parts. I realy don't understand why the car squels like a pig when the starter is turning the motor over

Did it crack the bell housing? Or bend it? It sounds like it could have even bent the shifter. good luck
