i personally wouldnt go past a 100 shot on a stock engine, but when i have the forged rotating assembly done, would a 200 shot be safe? or is there more to it then just strong parts? retard the timing any?

oh, will have 42lb injectors and fuel pump done for it.

There are people running 200lbs on stock engines.

Not that it's recommended mind you, but it's being done.

i've run a 200 shot for 2 years on a high mileage 350. Change the oil after 3 passes and make sure fuel pressure and timing/bottle pressure is checked often. As long as you're smart about it the motor will stay together longer than most people would think.

As these others have said...you can spray the stock unit w/ 200....so I've herd. As long as you adjust timing accordingly and you monitor your plugs for detonation. Use a WOT switch and an RPM window switch to be safe ! If your going to use those larger injectors for the fuel then make sure they and the pump are up to the task.

KIT w/ PMs...:D
