how well would this clutch do for me I NEED TO BUY A CLUTCH

Ok guys look at my sig for mods i need a new clutch what would be good
here are a couple i am looking at

RAM-88516HDX
Clutch Kit, Organic, 1 1/8 in. Dia. 26-Spline Shaft, 11 in. Disc Dia., Chevy/Pontiac, Kit

More holding power for modified engines.
These RAM HDX clutch kits are ideal for street/strip applications. They produce 30-60 percent more clamping pressure over stock, and feature ductile iron explosion-resistant pressure rings that meet SFI certification for use in competition. The HDX disc provides the smooth engagement necessary for maximum performance and drivability. A new flywheel or the resurfacing of the existing flywheel is required before installation.

HAY-85-125
Clutch Kit, Organic, 1 1/8 in. Dia. 26-Spline Shaft, 11 in. Disc Dia., Chevy/Pontiac, Kit

Let Hays launch you.
Hays Street/Strip clutch kits are engineered and built as matched assemblies, using only top-quality new parts, to deliver maximum reliability and durability, as well as long-term dependability. They're available in both diaphragm and Borg & Beck styles, with sprung-hub clutch discs that have organic linings. Applications are available to fit a variety of cars and trucks aimed at street or street-and-strip use. Kits come complete with pressure plate, clutch disc, throwout bearing, and clutch-alignment tool (most kits). Pilot bushing not included.

they are from summit if anyone wants to know

p.s. any of the dealers on the site please pm me with your prices

thanks

I had the RAM HD and i didn't like it at all. After the rear main went out I put a sachs (borg-warner) clutch in and loved it...it was just like stock. If you're car is stock or close to it, no need to spend the big bucks...as you're runnin 410s and BFG drags...might wanna look into a spec clutch, or as stated above

for lower performance, try the slp. clutchnet.com also makes many good affordable clutches. spec stage 2 is also a good choice for a lower powered car.
