Th700r4

before i drop my 383 in my 91 rs i was wondering what i can do to pre pare my 700r4 for the power.

if i had the extra 1500 laying around i would buy a t56 but dont

I drove mine real easy for 6 months before it broke. After that I went to www.rosslertrans.com and had them rebuild it to the shift points that he does for Lingenfelter. After that I got one of LPE's converters and stuck the thing in. It worked for 3.5 years with me beating the hell out of it.
