First, have you even checked on what the tires will cost??? I work at a wheel/tire company part time (have been there for 6 years and used to be full time) and 19" tires are not cheap at all. 18's are even expensive.
Second, as far as the offset of the wheels, I think they would sit too far inside the wheel wells. The fronts should be around a +38 to +56 and the rears should be around a +38 to +54. The more offset the further in the wheel will set. The less offset the further out it will stick. I made the mistake of trusting a company when I ordered my wheels. There exact words were "they were made for the F Body". [Edit by Moderator] They are a +24 mm offset and they stick out like no other. They still look good but they rub on the front at full lockout and hit the rear when the rear end goes into the fender well.

Re: 18x8.5" front and 19x10" rear on F-body
I have a couple friends who work at discount tire, and they can hook me up with tires. That should make the tires more affordable - not that they'll be cheap by anymeans. The rims that I'm looking at are some polished C6 5 spokes, so it looks like I'll have to get some smaller rims. Maybe 18's all around so I can have em rotated. Thanks for the link and input

i get tires at cost and last time i checked on some 225/40/19 they were like 230 a piece. just imagine what some will cost that fit on 19x10's
18's will be around 200 if not a little more for a 18x9.5

to get a set of GOOD 275/35/18 tires to fit the 18s, youre looking at at LEAST a grand installed out the door...any set under that is not a good set of tires
unless youre just looking for rubber to wrap around the wheels and dont care about the performance aspect

Agreed I fit 20 x 10.5 on ALL 4... yes... I was running 20 X 10.5 on front and back

Handling and traction = incredible.
Re: 18x8.5" front and 19x10" rear on F-body
A 68mm offset on a 10" wide wheel gives you an 8-1/8" backspace. That is going to be a problem in the back, since it puts the inside edge of any decent sized tire into the inner fender liner. I wouldn't use more than a 58mm offset on a 10" wide wheel, and a 50mm offset would look better yet. 68mm puts it too deep in the wheel well.
