I've been looking online and at some local stores with no luck trying to find flush mount toggle switches. The subs in my trunk keep killing my battery because they are always on (they're wired straight to the battery) so I'm gonna put a switch on the wire.
I'm trying to avoid drilling into the dash and would like to get a flush mount switch. Does anyone know where I could order one online?
Thanks

I've never even heard of a "flush mount" toggle switch before. They are all panel mount as far as I know.
Why is your sub amp ON all the time?

your amp should have a remote turn on. wire this into your HU remote turn on and the amp will come on/off with your HU. Why put an in-line switch and hardwire your amp? That's pretty ghetto.
If your HU does not have this, you could always wire the remote turn on to any 12v accessory that will just come on when the key is on.

It's not getto.... I run both the HU powered remote, and bypass switches. The switches serve the purpose of letting me turn the seperate amps off when tuning, or just to keep the subs off when cops are around.
Now, I've seen getto installs, and any system can be getto depending on how it's installed.

But that isn't why is like it is. Has no switch and only wants to put one in to keep his battery from dying. Doesn't seem like it's part of some plan. If the purpose is simply to keep your battery from dying, then do it the way it is designed, that's all I'm saying. To me, in context, it is ghetto.
And you are running with the remote but added the cut outs. Understandable but different.

You about nailed it on the head. I have 2 amplified bazooka bass tubes in my trunk and they are loud as damnit. I could wire it to the subs to the remote turnoff but I would like an override switch incase I'm going through town and don't want a noise ordiance ticket (there a PITA about that around here). Thanks for the links.
