lets say you had a 12 bolt/9 inch, what would be the biggest traction gainer, besides tires,

Lift bars I'd guess. If you have wheel hop then a torque arm will help.

lift bars? what's that a traction bar? -- how good are the LCA relocators?

Lift bars are basically like traction bars. They apply force to the rear wheels. I'm not sure how good LCA relocatrs work, I've never used them or really seen a car with them, or at least that I've noticed....
