Cprrect me if i'm wrong on this compression ratio calculation

Based on my calulations, a stock bottom end (untouched block) and factory heads using the fel-Pro 1074 head gaskets will net me around 10.8 to 1 compression (.4 over the factory 10.4 to 1). I based these figures on a forum search and what I found. Is this correct?
