Where can I get new C-Clips?

I was planning to replace the c-clips on my car today, but when I went to a parts store they said they didn't carry them. So where can I get them? Do dealers carry them, available somewhere online? Also I need the posi additive, any idea where I can get that?

The dealer should be able to get you the c-clips, might have to order them??? The posi additive is definitely available at the dealership, picked up a bottle recently - $7.50 and PN is 1052358.
