I mean what is it?? . which one is safe to run on my LS1 with a 100 wet shot? I have heard autolite 605s have platinum tips and they are the same as tr6s, but i heard that I shouldnt use platinum tip plugs when spraying??? I have heard that I should get 103s. Then I heard that I should get 104s. I am very confused here. If someone can please clear this up, it would be great!!

autolite 605's arent platinum unless they have a AP or APP infront of the number. i was going to use 104's in my LT1 and from what i heard they are 1 step colder than the stock plugs.then i heard the 103's are 2 steps colder so i went with those just to be safe.im using a 75 wet shot and sometimes a 100 shot wet but im going to run a larger shot once i get the correct jets.ive gone thorugh 1 bottle and no plug trouble yet and tommorow im getting it refilled:). oh and the AP and APP thing i know this because i run a parts warehouse and we sell autolite plugs.

well it depends on how big of a shot you plan to run?? I am running a 100 shot and using the Autolite 104 if you go past 150 I would recomend the 103s.

hope this helps.

104 should be fine, the stock replacement are 106 so you are 2 steps colder. I ran 150 shot with 106, no problems, now I'm going 200 with 104.

i am not sure what a 605 is. lt1 and ls1 take the same plugs. with autolites 106 is stock, 104 is on heat range colder, 103 is two ranges colder. with ngk tr55 are stock and tr6 are one heat range colder. You would only want to use a copper plug with nitrous becaues all the other one be it platinum, silver, or what ever the just ad that metal to the copper plug and it will melt off and leave you with a copper plug with a huge gap. My opnion and all it is my opnion is 0-75 shot go with 106's 75-150 shot use 104 over for 150 plus use 103.
