Windows not sealing

So im cleaning the snow off my 96 v-6 w/ t-tops, i got the top and the door cleaned off and i open the door to start it up and notice there's some snow on the seat. I close the door and look at the door/window area to see how the snow was already in the car before i opened the door. it's turns out the top corner of the window isnt sealing completely against the weather stripping. It seems to me that the window is going up to far when I close it. Is there any kind of adjustment or a stop to stop the window from going up so high?? any kind of feedback would help me out alot, it's just a little drafty going down the road. Thanks a lot

Steve
