I'm too lazy (and honestly don't quite care that much) to go through all my wiring, but here's what sometimes my cd player will do:
If the cd player is playing something at the moment and I get out of the car, it will quit playing as soon as I get out, but most of the times, as soon as I close the door, it will come back on. If I open the door, it will shut off completely again, then close the door and play again. :D
I have to POWER OFF the deck every time so that this does not happen.
The car is a 93 with the lame bose system (front speakers replaced with aftermarket) and I have a Pioneer DEH-P47DH installed using a PAC-OEM adapter. The previous owner was very creative not to mention dangerously curious  and a lot of the wiring has been messed with as a result.
I need to figure out what may be causing this. It's not a big deal since I rarely listen to anything in that car but if I ever forget about it, I might find myself stranded with a drained battery...
Ideas welcome. :D
