TEA/TSP CNC Ported LS1 Stage II Cylinder Heads (ON EXCHANGE), TSP Custom-Grind Camshaft, Hardened Pushrods, Rollmaster Single-Roller Timing Set, Complete GM Gasket & Bolt Set
Price: $2,649.99
I would do it with long tubes, ory pipe, offroad pipes and stock muffler with an upgrade to the air induction.
The cam I would run would be the TSP Custom 231/237 Cam: 231/237, .598"/.595", 112 LSA
I would probably also need to upgrade injectors, better lifters and valve springs/rocker arms.
What should the RWHP be at after a Dyno tune with this setup and other wise stock?? Thanks, Brian Kaiser

That's a really nice setup.. IMO you can't go wrong dealing with TSP.
Some problems with your setup.. Unless you're gonna run a cutout, the stock muffler is gonna leave a lot of HP on the table.
You also won't need to upgrade injectors, since the year of the car you're dealing with already has the 28.8lb injectors.
Don't bother swapping your lifters. If you have extra cash, then go for it, but it's not required. Also if you're ordering a H/C setup then your heads should come with the proper valvesprings, seats, and retainers.
As far as lifters go, the stockers are fine, but if you have the cash, go for some Comp Rs. If you have $500 to spare, go with the yella terra roller rockers..

i think you meant the stock rockers are fine...but yeah...yella terra 1.7s would be a nice upgrade, maybe a few hp from the full roller feature.

I really think that you should go another route to begin with. I'm a huge proponent of making the car work before adding any power.
Subframe connectors
LCAs
PH bar
torque arm
LCA relocator
12 bolt
TQ converter if it's an auto
tires suited for your goals
I did this with mine
lid, SSRA
loudmouth
home boxed LCAs and PH
home made relocators
St3800 Yank, Transgo kit, B&M cooler
MT et Streets
12.15 @ 110.8
Now I've added some power ;)
