It means your right side O2 sensor is bad. This has nothing to do with your miss, which I would guess is caused by your Opti bearing gone bad.

Also, an OBD II car will not run rich with a bad O2 sensor like an OBD I car will. The ECM will read the other side if one goes bad.

If his right side O2 sensor is showing low voltage and its faulty, there's a good chance it forcing the engine to run excessively rich on that side. If its showing low voltage and its not faulty, there's a good chance its running excessivley lean on that side. Both cases could easilly relate to a misfire. A good look at the bLM's might indicate the true cause of the problems. Not sure how you make the quantum leap to the "Opti bearing"...... could you explain. Just curious - how could the PCM use the left bank O2 sensor to control the right side of the engine? How could it "close the loop" on the right side of the engine, using A/F data from the left side of the engine. A more likely scenario would be a default to open loop. Do you have something that documents this? I see I still have a lot to learn about these systems.

hmm - that might explain why my right cylinders are the ones misfiring im changing the O2 and plug wires tommorow- also when i changed plugs the right plulgs had lot of carbon assuming its because they werent firing correctly
