Attention JasonD Admin.

I love you '02 SS, but in particular I love the exhaust. According to your website, it's factory. Are there any aftermarket exhausts that look like that, with the tips inderneath the lisence plate?

Thanks,

~Paul~

Are you sure? I saw those and fell in love, but SLP told me that if you didn't have a VIN of a valid SS, no pipes for you!

Depends on how you look at it. It was an SLP option, which is also known as a "second sticker" option. It was not a factory option, per se. It was more of a "package" option.

If I am not mistaken, you no longer need an SS vin to get it. Someone correct me if I am wrong.

Thanks for the nice compliment, BTW!

Re: Attention JasonD Admin.

According to the website it only fits '01-'02 SS's. I have a '00. Is there any way to just get the tips, and fabricate it to an exsisting SLP LM exhaust?

Re: Attention JasonD Admin.

Dunno about that one...I am not sure why it wouldn't fit other years. You may want to call SLP and ask them directly.

Re: Attention JasonD Admin.

I talked to SLP a while back about this and they did not give me any grief at all. So I assume if it would work on my '97 then it will work on your car too. Gotta love those tips

Re: Attention JasonD Admin.

It should fit pretty much any year Camaro with a stock located exhaust. A buddy of mine has it on his 94 Z. I love the way the cme looks, I think it might be my next mod
