Does this look like a good twin turbo kit?

I was thinking of the upgraded kit for 3400 since I have a 383 in the works. Could I use this kit on my stock LT1 with a bigger fuel pump, bigger injectors, and an adjustable FMU from a supercharger till I finish the 383? I mainly would like to hear what people think of this kit since I have not heard of it.
