From what these guys are saying, I can run Gen 6 with low impedance injectors if its not at a high DC for long period of time? Could somone clerify?

The early boxes use 4 injector drivers. These 4 drivers are capable of controling 8 injectors for short periods of time (usually used with 8 injectors on a 4 cylinder motor for extra fuel). If you try to run 8 injectors for long periods of time, the drivers will eventually burn out.

If you intend to run low imp. injectors, you will probably be better off with a Gen 7 or a FAST system.

Whats considered a "long period of time"? Wouldnt this just mean that you wouldnt be able to use it autocrossing or something that would require a lot of WOT?
