Millions of bugs!

how can i get off about 2000 bugs off the front of my jeep? i dorve about 1000 miles trip to NYC over the weekend and the carnage is unbeleiveable! I tried mcquires bug/tar removing wipes, but not to much help, scrubbed for about an hour on the grill along
...BTW i got the jeep in the winter and have not properly protected my paint yet, so there is not enough wax IMO, need to get off bug residue before I claybar right??

Sounds like it may be too late.

Try some Greased Lightening diluted w/ a little water. OR just try FULL blast Greased Lightening.

I have NEVER had that product HURT my paint IN any way. As long as it is Zainoed or waxed afterwards, there was NO problems.

Anyway, you need something STRONG. Give it a shot.

If they have already etched the paint you are screwed. If not you may be able to buff them out or clay them off.

Try a power-washer, not one of these high-powered pressure washers but something like a small Karcher, works for me. The last few wash off with a wash mit.

I like Lifter 1 Bug & Tar Remover, and you can find it almost anywhere. I can't always clean my car right away, and it's worked great on bugs that have been on my car several days.

1st of all, do not use windex! This will strip any wax that you might have on the paint. Get a sponge that has a cloth mesh covering it, that is what this is for. You can buy this anywhere.

Well If he has bugs inbedded into his paint, I dont think windex will hurt it , Ive used this process on very expensive car's If he lets the bugs setup on his car it will do more harm than windex
