F-Body wanted
I'm looking for a new F-Body.
This will be lucky 17
This time around I need a 2nd gen with T-Tops or a 4th gen with T-Tops or convertible.
I do not under any circumstances want a hard top car, a green car, brown car or a purple car... silver and Quazar blue are both also way down on the list.
(guess I want red or black or white huh
)
I would like a straight sold body but the engine and trans aren't of too much concern, a million miles, knocking, smoking, slipping or missing all together is fine as long as it has a straight clean body.
I would prefer it in the Detroit area especially if it will not make it here under its own power.
I could also use a third gen as long as it was a vert or a 91/92 style.
I'm looking in the $3500.00 range but I can go up or down depending on the car.

I may have something you're interested in. Its an 88 IROC 5.7 TPI, it is a hard top though. Its white. And here's most of what's been modded.
rebuilt 700R4 with shift kit
Accel lower intake
AS&M runners
Accel 23# injectors
MSD ignition
Edelbrock headers
Flowmaster catback
Eibach Prokit springs
KYB shocks and struts
BMW LCA's & Relocation brackets
interior is grey (very good condition)
body is in fair condition (could use paint)
about 100,000 miles
It runs strong, burns no oil.
Runs consistent 13.80's @ 100 mph
A few guys from the area know my car (taner, roman)
Should be in your price range. I can send a couple of pics if you want.
The only issue you may have is, its a canadian car. I am just across the border though (near Windsor) so distance isn't a problem.
