I have a friend in my car club, who's computer at work is blocked from accessing this site, so I thought I would ask for him..
He has a 1992 Camaro RS, with an LS1/T56 swap.
He has a 1998 LS1 engine, using 1997 Corvette fuel rails (so he has a return line)...
He's having problems testing the fuel pressure.
Is there a difference in fuel pressure testers from year to year? IS a fuel pressure tester for a 1997 different from one for 1995 ot 1996 or 1998?
Also, should he use the 1998 fuel pressure refulator or a 1997 one since he's using 1997 fuel rails?
He does have a Walbro 255 pump in the tank, and it's getting fuel up to the front of the car.
Oh, and will an LS1 start without the MAF connected?
