yes there is a VIN changing program out there. if you are trying to trick LT1 edit... you will be disappointed.

if you want to save some money on getting another license, just buy Tunercat's WINFLASH utility. Only $20, allows you to upload to any car you like and also allows you to upload lt1_edit files. ;)

its actually not for julian, its for me, i need an obd1 PCM and advance auto parts sells it for $95.... but it says it has the be programed to my vin, i dont really know how to do that...

Oh..
You would need to take it to your dealership so that they can reflash it for you with their software.
If they charge too much, you can send it to me and I can do the exact same thing. (I have the software they have) It will have your VIN and the latest calibration for your car.
