i'm having some difficulty with AT&T... they don't seem to try to keep current customers all too hard.

i'm in need of a new cell phone, i'd like to stay AT&T because of their govt discounts, and the nokia 6800 has caught my eye... anyone got any hookups or work for a cell phone company? i'd be glad to help you earn commission from a sale, i'm just tired of dealing with the trolls at the AT&T customer service number.

 

Hey I am freidns with alot of trolls at customer care for AT&T

I have been looking around, for 2 phone deals(me and the girl want ot share a contract to save money and end up on Judge judy 2 years form now disputing charges) At&T is pretty good.

Also check with sprint, they have some decent deals with companies.



Reminds me I need to talk to At&T, I know a guy at work that said he worked for Regal and the guy says, well Time Warner plays movies there right, he said yeah and got the AOL Time Warner discount which is like 15% monthly, and an upgrade on his phone.

 

AT&T gives a HUGE discount for govt employees... i was talking to a sprintPCS troll and when i described what it was to her she was like "well damn, nope there is no way we can match that"

 

You mean AT&T still has Customer Care employees in the United States? Wow! I know when I called AT&T Long Distance it went straight to India. They're clueless, rude and hard to understand. It took me over 15 minutes on the phone to find out if I owed them any money after I changed long distance companies. The idiot kept trying to find out why I was leaving and talk me into changing back. She never did tell me if I owed anything. I ended up telling her I was hanging up in 10 seconds and after that I wasn't gonna pay a dime unless she told me there was a balance by then. She started talking real fast as I counted down from 10 to 1 and hung up. I swear I'll never go to AT&T again. My cell phone is with them but I have a contract so I have to keep it. At least the phone was free since I was a Convergys employee.

 

Yep they have a customer care center in Research park right next to UCF

And yeah some of the people I know, little surprised they go to work in some of the conditions they do.

And actually I have talked to someone that I was in another state, but usually its the center near UCF, I always ask them.
