Hello,

Welcome to the board. I am no professional when it comes to body work, but I can let you know what I have learned. Sandblasting is a wonderful thing, it is fast, clean, and easy. I haven't done it on the actual body, just on parts. It works great! I have also used the 80 grit sanding pads on the body, it strips great, but you will have to use a filler primer, cause the paper gauges the metal. Painting your car will be a whole different ballgame. You really should purchase a current book on bodywork and painting, due to the insane amount of different paint types out there. Good luck, keep us posted.....
