I have dealt with Jim before, he is a good guy and a respected member of this board. If he did dispute the charge I am sure it was an honest mistake. Hope all goes well...

I think in the 4 years and 13K posts I've been around here, someone's bound to know me Not like these clowns with an entire 19 post track record that can be so hard to track down. And actually, the charge was disputed two months ago, not "tonight."

You conveniently left out the rest of the story:

1) Over one month after paying you, the gaskets never showed up
2) How about checking your e-mail sometime? You replied to them at first, but I never received any type of response whatsoever to the last two or three I sent
3) Speaking of e-mails, in the last few e-mails I sent - the ones you never bothered responding to - I gave you an ultimatem. Sort the situation out, or the charge will be disputed.
4) Since you never, even to this day, replied, I assumed that you didn't care. Like I warned, the charge was disputed rather than making a big stink about it on a public forum.
5) Why the dispute is such a shock, I haven't a clue. Since cordial e-mail correspondence and patience doesn't work with people like you, I suppose a public pissing match is more your style.

For the record, the paperwork for disputing the charge was received a while ago. Since the parts finally showed up - over one month later - I did not finalize the process, which should have credited your account.

Since it obviously hasn't happened yet, I'll take time out of my day tommorrow to see what's going on and straighten things out that you screwed up.

In closing, none of this would have happened if you:

1) Didn't flake
2) Took the necessary steps to resolve the situation
3) Responded to e-mails that clearly stated if things weren't sorted out, there would be consequences

Now have a nice day

Hey man, I guess you werent able to "undo" the reversal on paypal. I didnt think that would have worked, but its no big deal. But anyways, the reversal went through, so is there anyway you could just paypal me the 55 dollars that was reversed, that way my paypal isnt in the negative....If you could, that would be great. I know I wasnt the best seller, but I really dont need something like this going against my credit.....Thanks man

Do not pat for another auction with paypal until it is settled my friend!! I was in the negative due to a charge back and told paypal I wasn't paying it so the next transaction I did guess what?? They took it from my account without authorization!!! your screwed either way since they will just take it anyways.
