have 285 with 1" spacers on the back, with the slp level suspension kit on my 2000 transam, they dont stick out too much but enough to look good
they are on 17x9.5" rims
but the edge of the wheel well bangs against the out edge of the tire when I hit bumps good. and it is killing the tire, taking strips of it off.
I want to keep the spacers cause it makes the car look a lot better. What should I do to keep that from happening, stiffer springs? any advice wouldbe helpful.
Thanks

i had the same problem you're describing. SLP jounce bumper spacers solved it. relatively cheap, and easy to bolt on.

you can roll the fenders, there are a few ways to do this but i did it the easy way by just using a hammer and beating the lip up to about a 45 deg. angle, fixed the problem, I didn't even chip the paint. other ways involve using a baseball bat and some other stuff which is a safer way for the paint. you can do a search to find more info.

thanks, yeah I already have the jounce spacers. I am thinking about rolling the fenders. How about getting some stiffer shocks?
