"LT1 ported mass air flow end" is it worth the money??
For $90 it doesn't do much...if anything...
I'd look into the 85mm Z06 MAF conversion through ls1speed.com...it claims 18 rw but will be closer to 8 rw and maybe a 1/10th second...
You can't go wrong converting from a 74mm MAF stock to an 85mm MAF...even if gains are minimal...

maf ends, and upgrading your maf to a z06 maf will be pretty much useless unless you are pushing very high horsepower.
your engine can only suck a certain amount of air at one time, and the stock maf is not a restriction until you have a heavily modded car.

I agree with TreyZ28
I agree with TreyZ28 but would like to add Big on to his as in a Big **** NO! Unless your a programming god and you understand the MAF tables and how to change them vs your maf size, the only thing you'll gain is idle and drivability issues and possibly decreased mpg. I went through the whole deal and do my own programming. I got it close but could never get rid of my idle quality and low rpm drivability issues. I finally went back to my stock MAF ends and was very happy. Gained back highway mpg also. I also cant see how a Z06 conversion would be any different unless you change your PCM program to match that MAF. Maybe you'll gain a bit in the big end but in my opinion, it's not worth gaining the potental problems that go along with it.
