Post How do I get wax off the black plastic trim pieces

I got wax on my black plastic and I cant seem to get it off. Any suggestions on how to, or a product that takes it off. I saw a thing from an AOL welcome screen the other day that had home products like baking soda, dawn, etc but forgot what went to what. It covered cleaning the car, tires, rims, engine bay. Im pissed I forgot. Anyways if you know a product that will do it let me know thanks.

Rubbing alcohol or lighter fluid and an old tooth brush.

If you live near the ocean stop into a local surf shop and buy board wax remover called Firewater.

Sandman,
Hey man I know you are just trying to be helpful but hes from Illinois, where the ''surf aint up dude'' There will be no catching some narly waves for him. Damn Kevin use a OLD toothbrush, I just use my one good tooth brush with its 5 bristles. LOL J/K I hope EVERYONE knows that. Oh and by the way I recently drove through Illinois (Including Chicago unfortunately) and well you may not have the actual ''elephants'' there but ummmm well I imagine you can guess what I'm getting at here! LOL

Good one, I was actually referring to another type of Mammal the ones that beached themselves a week or so ago. LOL Well a hobo's lick may be the equal to the alcohol tip you got depending on what alcoholic beverage they consume first! !
