Does tunercat need a language convertor ??

I was wondering if tuner cat needs a languge convertor. I cant seem to get my PC to conect to the PCM on my 95 T-A.
My cable is from AKM.

What are you trying to connect? Do you mean when you run the TC FLASH read program that it will not connect to the PCM and read the file and save it to your PC? TC tuner program itself will never interface with your PCM. All it does is allow you to view and modify the .bin files and then use the TC FLASH programmer program to upload your files. If you are wanting to view the sensor data from the PCM, you need a data logging program like Freescan or Datamaster.
