Is it a non lockup torque converter?

That's what it sounds like if it feels like it isn't locking up....or is the transmission itself just not going into OD?

I concur. Does it feel like its normally crusing around on the highway with the stock converter, or does the rpm's jump around alot, and feels like its inbetween neutral and drive?

It could be:
1) You've got a non-lockup converter by mistake.
2) The converter isn't locking up like it should.
3) Something in your tranny went wrong.

Another thing is, if you've got the "performance shift mode" button hooked up on your car, don't use it. I wired mine up, and it wouldn't lockup the converter. I stopped using the shift mode button, it locked up like it should.
