Shaved Door Handle Install

Shaved Door Handle Install
I just finished up installing the solenoids and control electronics to allow me to remove the door handles on my 95 Z28. It had the factory keyless entry but since I didn't have any remotes for it and even if I did it would not have been possible to lock / unlock the doors and open them separately. I ended up installed a aftermarket keyless entry system with 5 channels. Lock / unlock / driver door open / passenger door open / truck all are controlled by one keyfob.
I needed to install 5 relays plus the keyless controller to get everything to work the way I wanted. It was a rat's nest of wiring by the time I was done but everything tucked neatly behind the passenger kick panel where the factory module was previously.
Here are some photos showing the various parts of the install. I may post more details including a wiring diagram when I have more time.

People in the past tried, but since the doors are a plastic composite, its hard to find a filler that will not crack... Good Luck..
If I had an old donor door, I would probably give it a try, using different compounds to find one that might work..
