Something VERY interesting...

Re: Something VERY interesting...
Its days like this when I wish I hadn't moved away from Detroit 2 years ago...
Already told the wife, If GM produces it, I'll sell my 95 Z (labor of love for the past 10 years) and make room in the driveway for the new one... And GM if your listening, I won't buy German again.

Love everything except the grill. Also I'm hearing a bunch of people calling it very "Dodge like" not good IMO.
I've waited for so long for this car I hope a few more tweaks are made for production because this red car does not sit with me as I hoped it would

It looks pretty damn nice, but I think they should have done something different with the front end. Looks a little blocky, and maybe they should have brought it down a little like the 93-97 Camaro. Nice looking car though.

The red version of the camaro was the model for the LA show. It is Fiberglass, and has a fake plug interior.
Whoever noticed the similarities to the corvette, good eye. The same crew that did the Corvette did the Camaro, and you can really see their style in it. The lead of that studio is Tom Peters, and that guy really knows how to make cool cars.
Tom, Sang, Steve, Vlad, John, Jerry, you guys all get a pat on the back. I also want to give props to Brian, Bob, Rocky, Bruno, Joel, Mark, Ricky, Doreen, Micah, Julien, Christos, Peter, Mark, Dave, Bill, Nancy and everyone else I can't remember for putting in so damn many hours making that showcar.
I only put this smattering of names so the behind the scenes people get a bit of recognition. Go GM!
