Something VERY interesting...

Found this on C&G.
http://www.lsj.com/apps/pbcs.dll/art...4/1001/opinion

Then I decided to take a closer look:
The Yellow Camaro is Welburn's own personal 69 Z/28. The one with the vinyl top I don't recognize BUT what is that deep red car behind the sign???

I bet the Camaro concept gets introd on that stage in the background also.

Also what is the front of the red car in the image on NAIAS.com? I was thinking Hyundai coupe but the front doesn't seem right for that.

Re: Something VERY interesting...

I think the red car directly behind the yellow camaro is another 1st gen (that's a lot of 1st gens and apparently no other gens) but it is impossible to tell what the red car behind the sign is. I would think that the Camaro concept is still under tight wraps until the actual unvailing.

On the "American Revolution" sign, is that a picture of 2 Corvettes? It looks like an old image possibly.

Upon closer inspection I think the car behind the sign is a C6. but what is on the front page of NAIAS.com?

Nevermind it is the Mazda CX7.

Re: Something VERY interesting...

The dark red car looks like another first-gen to me. Isn't that a vinyl top?

But still... gosh, a bunch of first-gens on display... what do you think the seeekrit concept will be and what do you think it'll be modeled after?

Strange that they would have the Chrysler Firepower in that picture since it is not new.

Re: Something VERY interesting...

I kinda doubt they'd have the Camaro out in the open like that, I would think it's still under guard somewhere in a secured location where only authorized people can walk in.

Re: Something VERY interesting...

I guess I picked the wrong week to quit smoking...

I can hardly stand it. I have been holding on to the threadbare hope since '02. Then by accident, I found a link to this site a few months ago with confirmation of a concept....then the "pictures" got leaked.

Its only two days away. I feel like our 5 year old on Christmas. Nothing else matters: Forget about the woman, forget about grocery shopping, forget about work. F it all!!!! The only thing I care about is seeing this dream-turned-hope-turned-possibility-turned-liklihood turn into a reality.

The anticipation anxiety is almost immobilizing.

Whoa! Another one, but in red and looks completed!!!

edit: looks like they picked the driver's side of the clay. Notice the indentation on the roof and a new inlet on the top of the front panel and what looks to be an aluminum piece on the cowl.

Think this might be the "push" concept??
