93 z28 6M for real cheap with 227100 miles I'm second owner known the vehicle when it was new.
It need a fuel pump to get running so i made a trap door to replace it and it seem to still run real strong. Got it on the road and drove it for a week to work about 35 miles aday to see what i would have to address first in getting it back in shape. the biggest problem was the oil leaking, and the hight clutch pedel do to original clutch in the car. now the car is in my garage to address the oil leaking from oil pan, intake manifold and maybe the timing cover? there is oil from the motor to the rear diff lol. There is alot of cleaning degreasing needed with the motor and craddle dropped. engine is on the motor stand degreased and paint the block black. Trying to get the last one of two broken exhaust bolts out of the drivers head, that now has a broke off drill bit in the hole i was almost drill thru. damm...now what?? Well four days and many hours and two broken off drill bits in the hole i was drilling. I can install the headers when the better gaskets are delivered. And flywheel is resurfaced so the new clutch and clean transmission with my new chrome handled one peice shifter are ready.

Now i can finsh cleaning up and paint what i can on the front engine craddle and suspension A arm's and ls1 front spindle and brakes off a 2000 camaro i got used locally along with a deposit on a catback stanless steel Magnaflow exhuast and chrome TA wheels for cheap.

Well i got every thing back on the motor and it ready for install after clean the engine compartment and touching up the paaint in spots.

engine assembly and craddle are back in the car and bolting everything back together boy what a lot of work this is but going to be happy to hear it runn for the first time with the headers and exhaust system.

Finally got z off jack stands and all is hooked up and connected and got coolant leak stopped and
going out for that first drive with my brother.

it is running smooth feels strong and clutch feels good nothing leak ( at the moment).

have been driving for 4 days now and it has had a few problems pop up a/c leak, coolant hose issues Leaking and now this morning a high idle 1500 will check after work for the problem Read more ยป
