I just saw that pic, and those wheels are simply amazing... I want them eventually. Anybody recognize them? I think some 315s in the rear and 245s or 275s in the front would be SWEET!

Looks like the Fikse' Profil 13 or the Aro. It says Fikse' right on the center cap. About $600-800 PER WHEEL.
