Does anyone know if the 16 inch Z28 wheel from a 91-92 will fit a 98 4th gen?
Do they have the same offset and backspacing?

 

4th Gen 16"x8" wheels are 55mm offset. 3rd Gen are 0mm front and 16mm rear. That moves the wheels outward about 2" compared to the 4th Gen, putting them under and outside the fender lips. They'll bolt on. Try them and see if you can live with them sticking out that far.

 

Thats what I was thinking that they would stick out. I am not a fan of wheels that protrude, lol.
Was just wondering about it, I can get a nice set with decent tired for cheap. Was thinking of picking them up to have a second set, to change up once in a while.
