I just bought some Y2K wheels for my 2002 Z28. I need some help choosing the right size tires. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Stock sizes listed for em, that's what I'd go with.

245/45-17

275/40-18

 

Will that size tire help me get more traction, and look good at the same time?

 

Those are the stock sizes that come on vettes you can go a little bigger on the fronts and backs if you want but any more than stock is mainly going to be for looks. If you want performance I think someone makes 18" drag radials maybe

 

for the rear i would go a 275/35/18. They look much better. I personally would sell those rims and get either all 17s or 18's. I hated my 17 & 18 combo i could never rotate the tires unless i wanted to get them busted down and switched over on the rims.
