What offset will work?

I am looking into getting a set of 18'' rims that will probably be 9.5'' wide and will run a 275/35/18 tire. What offset do i have to get or should i get to make the wheel fit correctly? I was at www.tires.com and i found some replica Z06 wheels and i think they said they had a 65 offset, is that too much? someone please clue me in.

thanks
fred
