Talking What is the difference between ws6 rims??

Grr, I tried searching this a million ways, but it just came up with useless info.
So, what I am looking for, is what are the differences in the stock WS6 rims? I know I want the 17's, and I think there are a couple different ones, cuz I remember seeing a post asking if they were speedline rims or not?? So, anyone know where the fact sheet is on that, with pics of the different styles??
I want to pick up 2 for some drag radials, but I need to know the difference between years, durablilty of finish, what to look for, things like that!
Thanks!
Cody

In 96-00, the WS6 wheel was the thin-spoke design as seen below:

In 01-02, these were the Speedline rims mentioned:

In 00', there was a very rarely ordered (for a reason) three spoke design WS6 wheel available as an option:

Thanks fastbird, I really appreciate the help here! BTW, I agree, those 3 spoke rims are fugly.
I think I am gonna want the 01-02 speedlines, those look nice.
What are the finish options on the 96-00, and on the 01-02??
Lets put this a different way, what is the best finish available? I dont want any peeling, or corrosion, so which finish option seems to be the way to go??
Thanks again man!

The '96 rim was different than the '97-'00 because it had a dark grey outer edge and wasn't fully polished like the one shown above.

Interesting... Thanks Grover!

So, anyone have some opinions on the finish qualities available, and which seems to look the best and last the longest??

So are the 96-00. They were never offered as a chrome wheel from the factory.

I have a set of 4 that I might get rid of. I'm thinking about getting another set of ZR-1's. Let me know if you are interested.

thanks,

Jerry

I tried to reply with this message in a PM but you PM box is full.

Here are some pictures. One wheel has a curb rash on it but the others are almost perfect.

I took these pictures tonight in my garage. I can get some better pictures this weekend.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks,

Jerry

Rim! Just one is curb rashed! I don't know about shipping, I'll have to look into it tomorrow. A friend of mine owns a tire shop, so I'll give him a call to see what he says. I'm in Navarre, FL 32566 so it will be a haul to get them up there.

Thanks,

Jerry
