I'm not at all sure this post belongs under LS1 ... but since my 99 SS has 275's for the tires....i put it here. I'm not looking for much, I just want some tires that have white writing on them. I think it would accent my racing stripes really well. I can't find any on tirerack.com . Anyone know where I could find this? Preferably all season but not a requirement.....(just not mickey's)

 

somebody use to sell the white paint markers for filling in the lettering on tires. seems like it use to be in summit or jegs but couldn't find it in my catalogs.

how bout and arts store and some of those felt tip paint pens? then you can run any tire you want.

 

White letter tires on a 99 SS???

Unless you are talking about racing tires like M/T or Hoosier, I bet it's quite hard to find any. And if you mean something else than those tires, then I'd have to wonder why...

White letter belong to SUV's, Jeeps and old musclecars, not on a 99 SS. Just my opinion, of course...

i dont think anyone makes a 275/40/17 tire with white lettering
