I'm planning on buy rims from a friend. They are 17's 18's vette thin spoke rims off a vette.

As for tires my friend has 2 265/35/18 Goodyear F1 that are pretty much brand new they he will sell me for 80 bucks.

I was just wondering i if the 265's will look good? Will the tire look to small.

Also Does anyone know the width of the vette rims? Also what size tires for the front would you suggest?

 

I have the Z06 rims, which are 18 X 10.5 rears and 18 X 9.5 fronts. Your's are probably Stock C5 size, Rear 18x9.5 Fronts 17x8.5. On a 9.5 rim, 275 is about as wide as you want to go. 265 is pretty small, but with your rim size there's not much you can do. I'd go 245-255 in the front. On my 9.5 front I have 255, but could definitely go bigger and have 305's in the rear.
