Tire options for 18s??

Tire options for 18s??
So I'm picking up some 18" c5 rims and looking for options for tires.
The options that fit my budget are:
Kumho 712s
Hankook K104
Falken ST115T
Falken Beta FK-451
Pirelli P-Zero M+S
Yokohoma AVS dB S2
Which of these tires would be the best. I live in SoCal, so we don't get much rain at all, but I also want tires that last a while. I don't really drag so no need for really sticky tires, but I don't want them to shread off whenever I take off or shift hard.
